Services – Application Maintenance

Nevsys provides high level technical support for their clients and the applications they have licensed from Nevsys.  24 by 7 telephone support is available to assist clients with their questions and problems, should they arise.  Both Level 1 support (telephone hotline) and Level 2 support (access to highly trained technicians and programming staff) is available.  Problem determination and problem resolution services are provided in order to assist clients with determining where the problem may be.

Nevsys offers the service, with client approval and authorization and under very tight security, to access client systems remotely.  This allows Nevsys technicians to work directly with the client’s technical personnel and with the client’s system to provide quick problem determination and problem resolution.  Again, access to the client system is managed under client control. 

In the rare case where a problem cannot be resolved over the telephone or through remote access support, Nevsys stands ready to provide on-site technical support services.  Trained technicians can be dispatched to the client location to assist client’s technical staff in resolving problems.
